Woke up early in morning to prepare myself for run with francis (nope, I do not have split personality...it's another guy =p) at MacRitchie at 10am. We took the path I usually took for my Maris X-country. Was kind of shag knowing that I've just ran 4km yesterday and to run another 5km or so this morning. =p After the run, we walked the trail abit then returned home.

Took a nap after lunch...just woke up haha. Another lazy day eh...
